“I had a root canal procedure with Dr. Simcock at your North Sound office. I’m 80 years old and didn’t know what to expect. I’ve been to many different dentists over the years with mixed satisfaction with the level of care…treatment…and professionalism I’ve received. Also, having a “root canal” procedure seems to cause a great deal of serious concern. Everyone, family and friends, were sympathetic and supportive.
However, I must say you all made my visit easy and successful. The office girls were especially pleasant…informative…and efficient. The dental assistant was friendly and especially attentive to my every need and question. And Dr. Simcock was by far the most professional…yet casual and relaxed dentist I have ever been to. My treatment was painless…even the needle to numb the tooth…really. I have not required pain medication afterwards and can even chew…gingerly…on it today.

“OK, rock stars. Seriously. If I wasn’t proactive in writing this review (which I hardly ever do) then I should be on Santa’s naughty list. I was having severe migraines and experiencing pain like I’ve never felt before. After failing to be able to get a hold of my normal dentist over the weekend and into a Monday, I began calling offices around Bellingham. Lee Family Dentistry took pity on me. After learning I needed a root canal I was feeling helpless not knowing when such a procedure could be scheduled. There was no way I could go on with the pain not to mention losing sleep and now work. North Sound Endodontics came to the rescue and took an appointment with me on the spot. Not only did they make an appointment on the spot but they were careful to make sure that the procedure they were conducting (a root canal) was in fact the correct action to be taken.
